• PUBLIC NOTICE - By order of the Bastrop County Commissioners Court, notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., in the Bastrop County Courthouse located at 804 Pecan Street in Bastrop, Texas, the Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing regarding the restructuring of address ranges and address reassignments along State Highway 71 (SH 71).

• AVISO PÚBLICO - Por orden de la Corte de Comisionados del Condado de Bastrop, por la presente se notifica que el lunes 27 de abril de 2026 a las 9:30 a.m., en el Palacio de Justicia del Condado de Bastrop ubicado en 804 Pecan Street en Bastrop, Texas, la Corte de Comisionados llevará a cabo una audiencia pública con respecto a la reestructuración de los rangos de numeración de direcciones y la reasignación de direcciones a lo largo de la Carretera 71 (SH 71).

• Early Notice and Public Review of a Proposed Activity in a Federal Flood Risk Management Standard Designated Floodplain and Wetland- This is to give notice that Bastrop County (County) has determined that the following proposed action under the Texas General Land Office Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Program, GLO Contract 24-065-104-E836, is located in the Federal Flood Risk Management Standard (FFRMS) Floodplain and Wetland, and the County will be identifying and evaluating practicable alternatives to locating the action within the floodplain and wetland, and the potential impacts on the floodplain and wetland from the proposed action, as required by Executive Order 11988, as amended by Executive Order 13690, and Executive Order 11990, in accordance with HUD regulations at 24 CFR 55.20 in Subpart C Procedures for Making Determinations on Floodplain Management and Protection of Wetlands. • Aviso Temprano y Revisión Pública de una Actividad Propuesta en una Llanura Inundable y Humedal Designada según el Estándar Federal de Gestión del Riesgo de Inundación- Por la presente se notifica que el Condado de Bastrop (Condado) ha determinado que la siguiente acción propuesta, bajo el Programa de Subvenciones en Bloque para el Desarrollo Comunitario de la Oficina General de Tierras de Texas (CDBG-MIT), Contrato GLO 24-065-104-E836, se ubica en la Llanura Inundable y Humedal del Estándar Federal de Gestión del Riesgo de Inundación (FFRMS), y que el Condado identificará y evaluará alternativas viables para ubicar la acción dentro de la llanura inundable y el humedal, así como los posibles impactos en la llanura inundable y el humedal de la acción propuesta, según lo exige la Orden Ejecutiva 11988, modificada por la Orden Ejecutiva 13690, y la Orden Ejecutiva 11990, de conformidad con las regulaciones del HUD en 24 CFR 55.20, Subparte C, Procedimientos para la Toma de Determinaciones sobre la Gestión y Protección de Llanuras Inundables. • PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE- The County of Bastrop received a Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program grant from the Texas Department of Agriculture for a Wastewater Improvements Project, Contract #CDV21-0322. A public hearing has been called for 5:05 p.m. on Thursday, January 9th , 2025 at the County Courthouse, 804 Pecan Street, TX to review the program performance of the activities completed under this grant which will include an explanation of the actual use of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program funds and invite comments.

Se ha convocado una audiencia pública para las 5:05 p.m.   el jueves 8 de enero de 2025 en el Palacio de Justicia del Condado, 804 Pecan Street, TX para revisar el de sempeño del programa de las actividades completadas bajo esta subvención que incluirá una explicación del uso real del Programa de Subvención en Bloque de Desarrollo de la Comunidad de Texas e invitará a comentarios.
