The District Clerk's Office will close at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 2nd, and be closed all day on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of America's 250th Birthday! We will reopen on Monday, July 6th, at 8:00 A.M.

E-filing Information

Civil and Criminal E-filing is mandatory. If you are an attorney, you are required to E-file. If you are Pro-Se (representing yourself), you may still file by bringing your paper filing to our office.  

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY ONLY MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS FOR FELONY OR CIVIL CASES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OR MISDEMEANOR FEES IN THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE.

At this time, we do not accept fax filings.

  1. WE ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE, ONLINE AND IN PERSON.
  2. MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIERS CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
  3. CASH IS ACCEPTED FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT ONLY.
  4. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
